Membership is accepted and moorings are provided only upon the express agreement and understanding of these conditions, and further, that member understands and agrees that member is solely responsible for the safety and security of member's boat, mooring, attachment, and condition thereof. Further, that GLCC and GLYC, its members, officers, and employees bear no responsibility for member's safety or that of his boat at any time, and that member bears sole responsibility and liability for his boat, its security, safety, and operation at all times.
